1 Definitions and Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the bet naga platform and all associated services. "Platform" refers to the bet naga website, mobile application, and all services provided through them. "Member" refers to any person who has completed registration on the platform and is using its services.

2.2 Password and Security

It is entirely the member's responsibility to keep their account secure. Use a strong and unique password and do not share your login details with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the support team immediately.

3 Age Requirements

All services on the bet naga platform are for persons aged 21 and above only. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited.

If false age information is provided at registration, the account will be closed immediately upon verification. 4 Account Verification

To ensure a safe and transparent service, bet naga may request identity verification documents at any time. Members may be required to submit copies of one or more of the following:

Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete. The authority reserves the right to restrict account activity if required documents are not submitted on time or if submitted documents are found to be unacceptable.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.2 Minimum Amounts

5.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

6 Bonuses and Promotions

Separate terms apply to each bonus on the bet naga platform. The main rules are outlined below:

6.1 Welcome Bonus

A 150% bonus is available on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. To withdraw bonus funds, a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount must be met. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500, with a wagering requirement of ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• A new bonus cannot be activated until the wagering requirement for the current bonus has been fully met.
• Meeting the wagering requirement is mandatory before withdrawing any winnings earned using a bonus.
• A bonus must not be treated as free cash — it is a conditional benefit of the service only.
• The authority reserves the right to close an account if a member attempts to misuse bonuses or gain an advantage through fraudulent means.

6.3 Other Promotions

7 Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

Odds displayed on the bet naga platform may change at any time. A bet is considered valid only after it has been fully confirmed. The authority reserves the right to cancel bets in the event of a technical error, incorrect odds, or unusual circumstances; in such cases the original stake will be returned to the member's account.

7.2 Event Cancellation or Postponement

If a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed, the original stake is generally returned. However, if a certain amount of play has been completed after a match has started, the result may be considered valid — this rule varies depending on the type of event.

7.3 Multi-Bets and Combo Bets

In a multi-bet combining multiple selections, all selections must be correct to win. Losing even one selection results in the loss of the entire stake. Correlated selections from the same match may not be permitted in a multi-bet.

7.4 Limits and Maximum Winnings

Minimum and maximum stake amounts are set for each bet type and event and are displayed on the platform. There are also limits on the maximum amount that can be won on a single bet or in one day.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

bet naga may temporarily suspend or permanently close a member's account for any of the following reasons:

• Providing false or fraudulent information
• Operating multiple accounts by the same person
• Misuse of bonuses or attempting to exploit the system
• Using a third-party payment account
• Suspicion of account hacking or unauthorised access
• Extended period of inactivity (can be reactivated upon the member's request)
• Legal obligations or security-related investigations

Before closing an account, the member will be notified by email and, if funds are returnable, they will be returned through the designated process. However, if fraud is proven, funds will be forfeited.

9 Responsible Gaming

bet naga believes that gaming is a form of entertainment only — it is not a solution to financial problems. Members should place bets within their means and take regular breaks.

10 Data Privacy

It is bet naga's responsibility to keep safe the personal information collected from members at registration and during platform use. bet naga's Privacy Policy governs how information is used, stored, and shared with third parties, and is considered an integral part of these Terms.

All data is kept secure through SSL encryption. Financial transaction data is not sold to any third party.

11 Intellectual Property

The name, logo, design, software, and all content of the bet naga platform are the intellectual property of the bet naga authority. Members are granted limited permission to use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes only.

Copying, redistributing, selling, modifying, or using any part of the platform for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited. Accessing the platform or collecting data using automated software or bots is also prohibited.

12 Limitation of Liability

• Any bet or game session affected by a member's internet connection being lost
• Financial loss caused by a delay or failure on the part of a third-party payment provider
• Account loss caused by a member's own incorrect information or negligence
• Service disruption caused by natural disasters, war, or other unavoidable circumstances
• Results affected by technical issues on the part of a game software provider

In the above cases, the authority will attempt to provide a reasonable resolution, but is not obligated to provide full compensation.

13 Changes to Terms

bet naga reserves the right to change, add to, or remove any part of these Terms at any time. Members will be informed of changes by email or through the platform.

Continuing to use the platform after changes are published will be considered the member's acceptance of the new terms. If a member objects to the new terms, they may request that their account be closed.
